Hello Railway Support,
I recently tried to subscribe to the Hobby Plan ($5/month), but I was unable to complete the purchase until I bought $10 in credits. However, I noticed that my bank statement shows eight separate $1 charges, which I do not understand.
These charges do not appear in my billing history on Railway, and I would like to know why they were made. If these were authorization holds, I would appreciate a confirmation of when they will be refunded. Otherwise, I kindly request a refund for these $8 in unexpected charges.

The $1 amounts you see are authorization holds. The amounts are held by your bank or card issuer and never leave your account. These are temporary holds placed to verify your payment method. Multiple holds were created since you attached a credit card to your account multiple times. They are automatically released back to your account within a few days.
