I am writing to report an unauthorized charge on my credit card.
An amount of USD 15 was charged by Railway, despite the fact that I have already paid for the hosting service recently. This charge was unexpected.
I kindly request:
A clarification regarding the reason for this charge
A refund of the USD 15 amount
Immediate cancellation of any automatic billing, as I do not authorize future charges to my credit card
Please confirm once the refund is processed and auto billing is disabled.
