unauthorized message when running railway link

Hi,
I have an issue when trying to create a SSH console using railway application on Windows. railway version is railway 4.6.3
"railway login" is successful, but when I try "railway link" it gives an "unauthorized" message. I'm logging in using my github account and I'm authorized to the project, because I see it in the browser at:

I found the issue - just the railway version was not up to date. for some reason "scoop update railway" didn't worked, so I had to uninstall the app and then install it again.
