Pro plan says: "Unlimited team seats included New!"
But in the dash billing section after adding a team member: "You are billed all the team's usage and** $20 per each member seat monthly.**"
Which is it?

The $20 per seat cost will be deducted from your invoice if your metal usage is >= 80%.

If you don't hit the 80% of services on metal then you will still be billed on a per seat basis

You need to update / clarify that on your pricing page ASAP. It creates a trust problem.

One of those damned if you do, damned if you don't problems.
As of now, all net new Pro accounts are fully on Metal. This condition is for existing customers who may be on the old pricing paradigm.

Appreciate it! I think it wasn't a good feeling when we had to pause migrations when (false alarm) we thought there was an issue.
Now that we have the knobs in place to allow users to move, I think we're better there.
With that said, we don't like selling what's not on the cart- so appreciate the call out
