We recently upgraded from the Hobby plan to the Pro plan. Our previous monthly usage was around $20–30, but after upgrading, our bill roughly doubled. Could you please review our current usage breakdown and confirm if there’s any configuration or pricing change that might explain the increase?

Your projects now have access to significantly more RAM and CPU, specifically 32vCPU/GB of RAM up from 8vCPU/GB of RAM.
Can you open the usage tab?
Got it, thank you for clarifying — that makes sense now. I understand the increased billing is due to the higher default CPU and RAM allocation under the Pro plan.
One quick question: if we downgrade back to the Hobby plan, will there be any data loss or downtime for our existing services?

There shouldn't be. Remember you can always set RAM and CPU limits to be whatever you want them to be regardless of the plan.

if i understand correctly, apps with same usage will cost more on pro plan than hobby plan if I dont limit resources?

If your app wants more than 8GB, then pro plan will allow it to use more RAM, hence a higher price
