I'm currently in the testing phase of a new website, but my trial just ended unexpectedly. According to my records, I still had 14 days remaining and approximately $4.50 in credits, but the account status suddenly shifted to expired.
This has unfortunately stalled my user testing phase. I was planning to upgrade to the Pro plan following these tests, so I'd appreciate it if you could look into this glitch and restore the remaining trial period/credits so I can stay on schedule.

Your workspace is currently in a trial state with a $5.00 credit balance, but the subscription is inactive. Trial extensions are not something we're able to offer, however if you upgrade to the Hobby or Pro plan, your remaining trial credit balance will carry over to your new plan. You can upgrade from your workspace billing page.

What I mean is that I still had time remaining on my trial, but it just went to 'expired' for no reason!
