I haven't used Railway for 4 months, but I'm still being charged $20 every month. I can't find any features or services that should be incurring these charges. I would like to request a refund.

My immediate suspicion is that you might have a Team account still active somewhere, are you sure you don't have a pro plan account?
Where can I check I use a pro plan or not? I checked my dashboard. There is no team right now.

On the top right of your dashboard, can you click on your profile picture
this will show a dropdown with all associated accounts like so:

Interesting, is this the only Railway account you have?
Is there any way you can search the account which use specific email address ?

I imagine the Railway team could, I don't work for Railway though so I can't access user accounts or anything like that
if this is the only account you know of then I can escelate it to the Railway team so they can investigate further

either way, please closely monitor that helps thread as you are unlikely to get emails about thread activity if you do not log in

We use two pro seats before.

Please note that Railway would only be able to refund you for the month's where your team has no resource usage, and even then we make no promises that they can refund anything as you where not wrongfully charged in this situation.

When are you going to handle this problem? Are you going to refund all the wrong payments?
