Please I downgraded from pro to hobby just on Monday and after the payment was made I saw an extermated bill of 9.17$ dollars please how can I have that when I just started and it keeps increasing even when I have not used up to 2 dollars please I need it fixed

Ok I understand but I have used up to 1.46 dollar from the 5$ I purchased so why those the estermated bill keep increasing
