My Railway account is associated to my former company's email.
I need to associate it to my personal GitHub. But I can't.
Can you help me?

Your Railway account, at least the one you opened this thread with does not have an associated GitHub account, and uses a gmail email address.
Can you tell me what happens when you try to link your GitHub account?
