My paid Railway account was originally used with my GitHub account francekj1. While troubleshooting repo connections, it became linked to a different GitHub account, plctoolbox.
Now when I try to log in with francekj1, Railway says: “Your Railway account is already linked to a different GitHub account (plctoolbox).”
Please unlink plctoolbox from my Railway account and relink/restore access to francekj1.
I do not want my existing projects, services, variables, databases, or billing workspace deleted.
I have tried numerous times to unlink with no success. Every time I unlink it and sign back in it is linked again.
Thanks for your help.
Jeff

We authenticate through external providers like GitHub and cannot swap which GitHub identity is linked to an account. This is a security boundary we enforce for all users.
From our side, the account you're posting from is linked to the plctoolbox GitHub identity and was created yesterday as a new free trial. Your original paid account linked to francekj1 is a separate account. Logging in with francekj1 would access that original account directly, not this one.
If logging in with francekj1 gives you an error about being linked to plctoolbox, make sure you are not already signed into this plctoolbox-linked account in the same browser session. Sign out completely at railway.com/account, clear Railway cookies, then sign in fresh using your francekj1 GitHub account.
