I got an email from Railway saying you tried unsuccessfully to charge my card. I am so confused because based on my usage, I haven't even gone past 50% of my current plan.
Asides from that, I thought the service was pay-as-you-go. So if I haven't used up to 50% of my credits, aren't the rest meant to roll over?
This doesn't make sense. Charging my card without prior notice is sneaky behavior tbh. Wish I had gotten a heads up(that seems more professional and user friendly)

Nah, you're commit to Hobby, you pay a minimum of 5USD a month, any extra usage is charged though (same as me)
so it isn't pay as you go?
do my credits roll over into the new month?
also, I just said I haven't used up to 50% of the hobby plan so why am I getting charged?
please answer the three questions
- On the hobby plan, you are commit to 5USD worth of resources, which reset every month... 2 & 3) If your renewal date for Hobby is today you'll be charged for it and you'll loose any extra usage credit (it doesn't go month-to-month)

thanks...this sheds some light but I don't understand why I'm being charged
I was charged $3.58 instead of the $5 for the hobbby plan. This is confusing.
Ok so how do I cancel the hobby plan...seems like it's not what I need at the moment
Probably need to get in touch with the actual team, they may see this thread or the email to contact them is on the site
Heyo @jessica I was able to cancel my subscription
this means I'm back to the free plan and will be getting the $1 worth of monthly credits?...can I go ahead and deploy my project?
