I tried purchasing the hobby plan but it got fail. Then later when i revisite the plan it's showing unpaid invoice pending and i have to pay it before purchasing hobby plan. Will i get the 10$ credit if i pay the unpaid invoice.
And also does VISA debit card works. Am an indian base user.

Yes after you pay the invoice for the $10 of credits they will be added to your account, and yes Visa debit cards can work, I have always used Visa debit on my account.
