Unreachable database

Around 10-15 minutes ago my database became unreachable, tried restarting it but that did not help. Both Public and Private is unreachable

It constantly loops "Mounting volume on: /lib/var/..." in deploy logs

Redeployed a minute ago after the last redeployment failed and it seems to have deployed successfully and I can connect to it again.
