Hi, I pay my bill every month on the 15th. Today I paid $15 and am up to date. I also switched to the Pro plan. They immediately generated a bill for $14. I don't understand why, since I had already paid my bill. And I only just started the Pro plan.

Hi, to clarify, did you pay a bill for $15 and then moved to the pro plan ?

We charge upfront for the $20 of the pro plan, so you would be charged on upgrade.
