I have two projects with unusually high ram usage. They're similarly built like other projects who have close to
IMAGE 1 (HIGH USAGE):
IMAGE 2 (LOW USAGE)

Could you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? It is not uncommon for similarly configured services to use different amounts of resources depending on the traffic load and how you are using them.
I note, for example, that one of your services has 100x as much network egress as the other.

I thought i solved the issue, but apparently not. For example; my project "luniq_website" is a single landing page with no running activities. This project is using 1.5GB of ram at all times. How is that possible?

The application you deployed was using that amount of memory. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you why your application used the memory it has, as we have no observability into what your application does or does not do.
