Hi team / community,

I'm experiencing an issue where builds and deployments (including redeploys) are taking significantly longer than usual. Even for minor code changes or direct redeployments, the entire process takes between 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Details:

• Issue: Build and deploy processes are hanging / running extremely slow.
• Expected behavior: Quick incremental builds/deploys for small changes.
• Actual behavior: Standard builds consistently take 10–15+ minutes without any major changes to dependencies or build scripts.

Additional notes:

• No changes were made to the Dockerfile, nixpacks, or package installation steps.
• Caching doesn't seem to speed up the process as expected.

Could you please help check if there's an infrastructure issue, resource throttling, or cache invalidation problem on my service/region?
