It's showing you that because it seems you missed a payment, you just need to pay the invoice and you'll be good to go

Railway uses a pay as you go pricing model, essentially meaning you pay for what you use and only what you use. This naturally means that if you use 11 dollars worth of resources then you need to pay 11 dollars for that usage
I'm not sure how you could've missed that because the first thing you see on the pricing page is a massive header telling you this (first image)
then once you scroll past the costs for individual resources (second image), you'll see that next to the 5 usd for hobby it explains that the 5 usd is the minimum costs, implying that you could potentially use more than 5 usd (third image)

Naturally it's possible you started using Railway before the new pricing page was announced, so if we go to the old pricing page you'll see that the same thing is explained there, hobby plan (and pro plan) is categorized as base cost + resource usage (in this case 5 usd + resource usage) (first image)
right below that it explains the individual resource usages (second image)

not even shows the storarge vlume details clealy
storage details in volumes can be seen by clicking on the volume or looking at the usage tab, in your screenshot you can actually see a very clear chart showing exactly how much storage you used in the graph and also the storage cost used (in your case 0.2 usd)

How you calculate the memory for this plans like memory /minute GB only it will cost.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean, so I'll just explain thoroughly
Railway uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model (as I explained above), which means you only pay for what you use and this extends to memory, you only pay for the memory you use and nothing more.
Railway calculates the memory used as the amount of memory your application allocates. Some applications may allocate a lot of memory and others may not so this depends between applications. (note: this is allocated memory, not actively used memory)
Once you have that memory, Railway checks how much memory you use on a minutely basis and charges you for it ($0.000231 / GB), this means if you use 1gb for a whole month then you'll be charged for 43800 minutes of 1gb of memory which is ~10 usd (hence, $10 / GB / Month on the pricing page)

now i need clear detailed explanation about the pro plan
The pro plan works the exact same way as the hobby plan, everything above is applicable to the pro plan. The only difference is that the pro plan costs 20 usd but also includes 20 usd of monthly usage where the hobby plan costs 5 usd but includes 5 usd of monthly usage.
Other than that pro plan also had a lot more features, like multi-region replicas, team seats, more resources, more domains, more storage, help from team, etc etc etc

for DB only migrate tp railway means How it will take regrds the cost and all ?

Your volume could be 2TB, but if you only use 200MB you will only be charged for 200MB

also,
means it will consume cost for how long the application running that you will consuming cost am i right
You're charged for storage regardless of whether there's an active deployment or service using that storage
if you're storing things on a volume at all then you'll be charged for that storage costs
if am deploying through docker volume means it will cost or not ? or it may having any limit for this
same query for storage also kinldy give detailed clarification abpout this

yes volumes do cost money, it's 0.15 usd per gb (per month), there is a limit of 5gb on hoby plan and a limit of 250gb on pro plan (per volume)same query for storage also kinldy give detailed clarification abpout this
