upgrade to pro but can access all features

I recently change my plan to pro but i cant access some features like configure a 32 GB RAM / 32 vCPU per service, create more than 3 services or invite members. Also when i try to create a new database i get an error

I'm not seeing anything on our end to indicate that you are limited to Trial resources right now. Is this still ongoing?

Now i can create more services, access pro configurations and invite members. Its seems was a delay problem or something like that. Thanks!
