Hi!
I'm in quite the pickle..
I want to upgrade my hobby plan to a pro plan.
So i did that, and it created a new workspace for me, so that my running services was still in the hobby-plan workspace(?) This i did not understand. So i deleted the pro plan project.
Now i'm stuck with two questions.
1. How do i upgrade my current workspace OR migrate my hobby plan services to a new pro plan?
2. How do i get a refund on the pro plan that i cancelled/deleted?

Hello,
At this time we don't support directly upgrading a Hobby workspace to Pro, you would need to purchase the Pro plan again and transfer your projects over to it, this is easily done from within the project settings.
Please provide the invoice or receipt and I will refund it.
