Good afternoon, I'm currently on the Hobby plan and I'm hitting my limit in one week and overpaying for more capacity. If I switch to the Pro plan, will I have enough capacity for a month?

Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately and opens up higher resource limits and gives you $20 of included monthly usage instead of $5. Whether that's enough for a month really depends on your specific workload.

Paid plans don't have limits unless you set them yourself.
What you shared is your usage for a single month, which can vary over time. Railway charges based on usage, and each plan includes credits. Once you exceed those credits, you pay for overages.
Upgrading to Pro gives you more resources and features, but if you don't need them, you can stay on Hobby.
