i uploaded my beckend and it was working well, but yesterday i made payment of 5$ and after that requests are going on 500, or pending and after 500.
what happened?

Your logs for the linked resource aren't showing 500 errors, and your deployment is active. Can you please link the logs where you're seeing an error?
