Guys, you blocked my account and my system is down, I've been trying to pay the bill all day and I can't, I opened a call and got no response, I'm having losses with my customers, will you help me resolve this or will I having to migrate everything to another provider.

Hobby users do not get any guaranteed timeline for responses, you would need to be on the Pro plan going forward, and with that in mind, please wait for the team to respond

opening multiple threads is not helping anything
I just want to be able to pay the bill, I think this is simple and should be supported for all plans
If I'm using the service it's because I need to be able to pay the invoice, what can't happen is that my system stops because I can't pay the invoice, I really hope to be able to pay the invoice as quickly as possible

as mentioned there is not a guaranteed timeline for responses for hobby users.
