How long does it take for them to respond to contact@railway.app?

My business is completely at a standstill because of this.

5 - 7 days for ban appeals.

You've sent an email to contact@railway.app, that's the best course of action. This server does not handle ban appeals. Closing out this thread

I can't wait the minimum of 5 days to get a response and have my applications back online.

I need at least access to the database of one of my projects, where I had a problem with my backup.

So I can generate a new backup and restore it on another database while I wait for a response.

Based on our internal investigation, we were wrongly classified as phishing.

We need to generate a backup of this database so we can get the application back online for customers to use.
