All my outbound network requests are failing. This is the second time in less than 2 months this has happened, my application is currently down now. I even dropped the static IP and redeployed, same issue again. Please let me know how to proceed so we can get our app back online.

Now after about 30 minutes the service seems to be ok with no changes on our end, any reason behind what might of happened?

Hey, can you share what "failing" means with request/response logs? We had a recent incident that would have impacted egress traffic for services with Static IPs enabled, but that was resolved in a short time and should have went away after you disabled Static IPs.
