Hello Railway Support Team,
We are reaching out urgently because all of our deployed sites are currently down, and we need immediate assistance restoring service.
We are active, paying customers and rely on Railway to host multiple production and demo applications. At the moment, every site associated with our account appears to be unavailable or failing, which is impacting our business operations and live demos.
We have not intentionally made any changes that should have caused a full outage across all projects. We need help with:
- Identifying why all services are down
- Restoring our applications as soon as possible
- Confirming what caused the issue so we can prevent this moving forward
This is time-sensitive, as these sites are actively used and customer-facing. Please let us know what information you need from us to resolve this quickly.

Hey, can you show a screenshot of your project's dashboard? There is a possibility that you may have to just redeploy your services if they got taken down due to billing related issues, such as having reached a hard limit.
