Hi team, can someone help check my account? I'm currently on the hobby plan and is paying monthly on 15th as usual. Suddenly at the start of March I saw a payment charge to my credit card from Railway, and now when I check back my account it's became Trial Plan, all my services are paused and it's charging me more than usual! Seems like it's charging day 1 of Feb till now, even though I've paid for usage from 1st to 14th. All my previous billing history are gone too
Please help take a look at it ASAP, thank you!
