Urgent: Database Service Still Down After Plan Upgrade – Need Temporary Unlock

Hello Railway Support Team,

I have just upgraded my plan to increase storage for my project, but my services (especially Postgres) are still down and I cannot access the SQL console to clean up space.

The recurring error is:

could not write to file "pg_wal/xlogtemp.25": No space left on device

I kindly request your help to unlock the Postgres service, even temporarily, so that I can delete old executions and free up disk space to restore normal operation.
