Dear Support Team,
I am aware that the Railway platform is currently experiencing maintenance issues. Due to this, all our databases have stopped functioning. To address this, we upgraded our plan from Hobby to Pro.
We then attempted to re-deploy our PostgreSQL database directly through the Railway console, but unfortunately, the deployment failed.
This issue is critically impacting our operations as our customers are unable to perform any actions due to this problem.
Our current deployment region is US West (Oregon, USA).
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue as it is causing a significant disruption to our services?

Other region deployments are also failing when trying to deploy our database.

Hey Team,
Our Hobby plan database is now working. However, I have already moved some of the client projects from Hobby to Pro, and those are not starting to work. What should I do? Should I move them back to the Hobby plan?
Because the deployment keeps failing. ( Pro Account )

Hey. I would advise against doing anything right now as we're continuing to restore services impacted by the incident -- moving your workloads may not help if they land on the same impacted hosts. Sorry 'bout this!
