Hello Team, urgent follow-up. My app is down.

After following your advice (moving DB setup to pre-deploy), the deployment now hangs indefinitely.

**My Setup:**
- **Code:** `run.py` is clean, no global DB init.
- **Env Var:** `FLASK_APP` = `run.py`
- **Pre-deploy Cmd:** `flask db upgrade`
- **Start Cmd:** `gunicorn run:app`

**Problem:** The `flask db upgrade` command gets stuck for 20+ minutes and never finishes. It seems to be hanging silently in your environment. I'm on the Free Plan, so I have no Shell access to debug it myself.

Could you please urgently investigate the deployment logs for my project?
