Hello Team, urgent follow-up. My app is down.

After following your advice (moving DB setup to pre-deploy), the deployment now hangs indefinitely.

My Setup:

• Code:[run.py](run.py) is clean, no global DB init.

• Env Var:FLASK_APP = [run.py](run.py)

• Pre-deploy Cmd:flask db upgrade

• Start Cmd:gunicorn run:app

Problem: The flask db upgrade command gets stuck for 20+ minutes and never finishes. It seems to be hanging silently in your environment. I'm on the Free Plan, so I have no Shell access to debug it myself.

Could you please urgently investigate the deployment logs for my project?
