Urgent Help Needed with Payment

Hello,

I have a prepaid card linked to my account, which will expire on August 24. However, I see that your system is scheduled to charge the next payment on August 25.

There is still enough balance on the card to cover one more month of service, but after the 24th the card will no longer be valid. Could you please either process the payment one day earlier (on August 23), or let me know how I can make an additional payment to my account in advance?

This is very important for me as my ChatBot depends on uninterrupted service. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process payments earlier than the scheduled billing date or accept prepaid cards as a payment method.

To ensure your subscription continues without disruption, we recommend adding a different payment method, such as a debit or credit card, to your account before August 24. This will allow the payment to be processed successfully on August 25.
