While deleting a deployed project on @Railway, I accidentally deleted my work profile tinchodev.
This profile cost $23, paid on 03/05/2025 (just a few days ago), yet the payment does not appear in my billing history.
On top of that, I can’t create a new profile or see the credits I already paid for, which makes me feel scammed by the Railway team.
I urgently need a resolution:
A refund of the $23 to the original payment method.
Restoration of my credits, either in a new profile or my existing one.
This is critical because I had a client project in that profile, and I need access ASAP.
And to make things worse, this is the 5th time I’m trying to post this thread because Railway can’t even handle loading a simple post properly.
@Railway, I expect a quick and effective response—this situation is unacceptable!

I am confused, you want a refund and the credits? I got you on the credits, I added $25 to your workspace: Proyectos
With that said, I am sorry that you dealt with the loading issues on here, we just fixed it so our help solution should be nice and fast.
