My n8n project on Railway was running fine during my free trial, and I had developed several live production workflows. After my free trial expired, I upgraded my account quickly, but now I cannot access any of my workflows.
Attempts to redeploy keep failing with this error:
“Could not establish database connection within the configured timeout of 20,000 ms. Please ensure the database is configured correctly and the server is reachable.”
I am still new to Railway/n8n and didn't realize I needed to export backups. I do not have any workflow backups and some of these flows are currently relied on by my users.
Could you help me in any way to recover my n8n workflows or restore access to the old database? My Railway project ID is: b6ef0bbb-9f75-4b2c-a4a1-5116d32c622d.
Any urgent help or advice would be much appreciated — this is business critical for me. Thank you! 🙏

This is a database who's healthcheck is failing? Try connecting to it with a proper database client like dbgate

You need to redeploy Postgres, Redis, Worker, Primary, in that order.
You hit the end of your trial and we shut down your services, you need to bring them back online.
