I’ve been charged three times from my card, but I’m still receiving errors and the services are not being reflected or activated in my account.
Please look into this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible.

Heya, we have not made any permanent charges to your card for a subscription, only $1 verification charges which have been returned to you.

Hello,
A payment was taken from my card, but I wasn't able to subscribe to the Hobby plan.
Please find the receipt attached.
Also, no refund has been issued to my card in any way, and I have been charged multiple times.
