Currently I have a hobby plan.

I accidently deleted all my sql data in my project.

I have the backup sql file.

I found that backup data restoration is only for pro-plan.

Can I temporarily get the access so that I can restore my data quickly?

And please let me know any tutorial on how to restore sql files on the railway.
