Hi Railway team,
My trial period just expired and my MySQL database service is now stopped. I urgently need to export all my data as a .sql dump.
Could you please temporarily start my database service or grant me read-only access for a few hours so I can back up my data?
I only need enough time to run a mysqldump and will be done quickly.
Let me know the details you require.

I completely understand the trial limitations, and I really enjoyed using Railway — it made my development process much easier.
I have one request: could you please grant me access to my MySQL database for just a few hours so I can create a backup (.sql dump) of my data?
Right now I can’t connect to the database at all, so I’m unable to export it.
I would greatly appreciate your help with this.

Please "upgrade" to the free plan via https://railway.com/workspace/plans and redeploy your MySQL database afterwards, this should give you enough resources to create a backup.
