Hello Railway Support,
I am following up on the $4.64 refund related to my account. I previously received both the invoice and refund confirmation PDF from Railway (attached), and was informed the refund would be processed within 5–10 business days.
It has now been more than 5 business days, but the funds have not been credited back to my account. This was my last active card, so the delay is causing me significant inconvenience.
Transaction details:
Amount: $4.64
Transaction Date: September 7, 2025
Invoice Number, Receipt Number: NVD20N6E-0002, 3034-0940
Account Email: alongeola16@gmail.com
Kindly confirm the refund status and provide a clear update. If the funds have already been released from your end, please escalate this matter to your payment processor and share the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or tracking details of the refund so I can follow up with my bank directly.
I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
