Hello Railway Team,
My MySQL database service for the project “loyal-nature” (production environment) was automatically stopped on Nov 7, 2025, as shown in the logs:
2025-11-07T00:05:26Z [System] Received SHUTDOWN from user <via user signal>.The service shut down cleanly, and I believe the volume still contains the production data.
Could you please temporarily reactivate the database so I can connect and run a mysqldump backup to export my data?
I only need short access (30–60 minutes) to perform the dump.
Project: loyal-nature (Production)
Service: MySQL
Thank you for your help — this data is important, and I’ll immediately shut it down once the backup is complete.

Hello,
Restoring your services is a manual process.
You must manually redeploy the services that were shut down.
