I am experiencing an issue with my backend server hosted on Railway.app. The server is not accessible on all computers and mobile devices, and I am unable to determine the exact cause. Here are some details of the problem:

Issue Faced: The server is intermittently unavailable or inaccessible on certain devices and networks.
Steps Taken: I have checked my CORS policy, logs, port configuration, and network settings, but the issue persists.

The server is not accessible on some network & computers and mobile devices, and I am unable to determine the exact cause.

I'm sorry but issues with those networks would be out of our control, they would be blocking the traffic to Railway, since we do not have any restrictions on incoming traffic.
