[Urgent] The database has been lost and Redeploy and Rollback do not work.

The Postgres database for a service running in Production has suddenly disappeared. Specifically, Deployments became Empty. We are rolling back the most recent Deployments as soon as possible, but the service is down due to the loss of the database.

Rollback of Deployments has failed with the following message.

The database has just been restored. Suddenly, a Green database appears in Deployments and the Production service is working.

However, the fact remains that it was actually lost for several minutes. Please investigate the cause by analysing the logs and other data to find out what happened.
