Urgent: Unexpected automatic DB redeployment caused data loss

Dear Support Team,

Today, my application failed to launch due to an issue with the database specified in the “project” field. Upon checking the settings, I discovered that the database was redeployed automatically on June 26, 2025 at 5:10 AM. I am the only person with access to this account, and I did not initiate this redeployment. Didn't even touched the project.

Unfortunately, all data including the tables has been lost.

Additionally, I noticed the following message in the account settings:

This service was automatically redeployed by Railway

[Looks good]

I have taken a screenshot of this message in case it helps your investigation.

This is a critical issue. Could you please clarify:

  1. Why this redeployment occurred automatically?
  2. What triggered this behavior?
  3. How we can prevent this from happening again?
