Dear Support Team,
Today, my application failed to launch due to an issue with the database specified in the “project” field. Upon checking the settings, I discovered that the database was redeployed automatically on June 26, 2025 at 5:10 AM. I am the only person with access to this account, and I did not initiate this redeployment. Didn't even touched the project.
Unfortunately, all data including the tables has been lost.
Additionally, I noticed the following message in the account settings:
This service was automatically redeployed by Railway
[Looks good]
I have taken a screenshot of this message in case it helps your investigation.
This is a critical issue. Could you please clarify:
Why this redeployment occurred automatically?
What triggered this behavior?
How we can prevent this from happening again?
