Hi Railway Support Team,
I need urgent assistance with my project. Everything was running normally, but suddenly I started experiencing severe performance slowdowns even though all recent deployments were successful. A few minutes later, I began receiving email notifications saying that deployments had failed, even though I did not trigger any new deployment.
I also noticed that the memory usage graph shows significant drops and irregular fluctuations, even though I did not change any configuration. My service is currently running with 11 replicas, but my users are unable to use the platform due to the instability.
This issue is critical for my production environment, and I need help as soon as possible to understand:
Why I am receiving deployment failure notifications without initiating any deployment
What is causing the sudden performance degradation
Why the memory usage is dropping unexpectedly
Whether this could be related to autoscaling, internal platform issues, or an infrastructure problem on your side
Please investigate this urgently. My business operations are currently impacted.
Thank you in advance for your quick support.
Best regards,

Hello,
This is not an issue with our platform. Looking at your project:
1. The failed deployments were triggered because your application crashed, and our system attempted to restart it.
2. The performance degradation is within your application, not our infrastructure.
3. Memory dropping indicates your application is using less memory, not a platform issue.
4. Railway does not perform autoscaling - replica count is controlled by your configuration.
We don't provide application-level debugging support. I'm opening this thread to the community so they can help you troubleshoot your application.
Best regards,
Brody
