[Urgent] Wrong ban for phishing on our account (more than 15 applications on the account)

I need urgent help. I've already created a message at the central station and sent an email to contact@railway.app.

My account received an unfair phishing ban. I have over 15 servers for different applications and clients that have gone down due to this ban. I need urgent support.

You've sent an email to contact@railway.app, that's the best course of action. This server does not handle ban appeals. Closing out this thread
