Can you elaborate on "not getting access"?
Has the URL ever worked?

What kind of service is it?

Again, we're going to need more details.

What's the error you're seeing?

Have you tried redeploying?

What is the service itself?

Downtime is frustrating, but if you can answer @loudbook's questions that should help us point you in the right direction.

To better help you identify the core problem we will need as much information, screenshots, and logs you may have.

Can you also provide us with screenshots of your web browser when attempting to connect to the URL? Can you also view your latest logs and copy paste any error messages you find?

Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge:

1. Has the URL ever worked?

  1. What kind of service is it?

  2. What's the error you're seeing?

  3. Have you tried redeploying?

  4. What is the service itself?
