I reached the usage limit ..
I have updated the limit .. but how can i get my services back to work?

Pay your invoices, and set higher limits.

For clarity, there was no data recovery involved in anything I did, nor would there be in the future for the same scenario.
At the platform level you are protected from any data loss that is our fault, backups only help you in case you delete your own data.
With that said, always good to have backups.

Ok - i don't get if i with my plan a can recover data from previous versions of the database?
Or should i apply for i higher plan.

You are on the Hobby plan, unless you are running software that people pay for, the Hobby plan is fine.
