i find that the connection is intermitent and slow when i connect locally to my railway db is there anything to do about it? am i doing something wrong? i connect locally to remote db for debugging and testing and what not. im in the 20 usd plan so its not quota based.

Hey I've gone ahead and applied a config to that box. Can you let me know if it improves?
