User Bots - Clarification

I have just signed up to the free trial, just before deploying I've had to agree to terms of service at the top of which was a note about not deploying "mirror bots/user bots".

I may be misunderstanding, but I see the templates section of the site full of 'bots' for telegram, whatsapp, discord and all sorts. Are those all violating the ToS or do I not understand what a user bot is?

I'm looking at the platform for a work project, but I planned to test it by deploying a hobby project which is a small website/telegram bot helper for a game, it parses publicly available hourly data dumps for the game and then provides information to me (and a few other players) through a telegram bot via various commands. I don't understand if this would violate the ToS, it sounds like it would, but I see templates and hundreds of threads on here discussing bots!

(just to clarify the project I run uses official telegram APIs, and all the data scraped and parsed is specifically for bots, so I am doing nothing against any laws or terms of any services)

I'd appreciate some clarification, thank you.

In general, these bots are banned because they tend to use services that violate other site's terms of service (such as using unofficial APIs, scraping data, or using AI crawling). So the actual problem here is violating 3rd party TOSes, which forces us to ban these bots, if/when they do so. Here's the full ToS for your perusal. https://railway.com/legal/terms
