This is my workspace, my service, I've always been the only member. I clicked the option to "invite" myself and confirmed in the email, but doesn't seem to have changed anything.
This only seems to happen when clicking "Redeploy" from the UI. I am still able to push a new commit which triggers a build.
The other question similar to this seems to have been archived due to an issue with Github, but Github is currently operational and I'm having this issue now.

The GitHub rate limiting issue that was affecting account linking and sign-in has been resolved. You should now be able to link your GitHub account and sign in without any issues.
If you're still experiencing problems, please try signing out and signing back in, or unlinking and relinking your GitHub account. Or unlinking and relinking your project. Let us know if you run into any further issues.
