I distribute a product coded in autohotkey v2. It uses railway to communicate with discord and databases while keeping private things private.
This started 3 days ago, a few users are getting blocked from connecting to the server.
For one of them using a vpn didn't work but disabling antivirus did. For another using a vpn did work but the folder is excluded from antivirus already. When the second one disables his vpn and opens https://railway-production-f4d5.up.railway.app/api/health in firefox he gets this page: (second attachment) and in chrome it says site can't be reached, the connection was reset.
What can be done about this? I have the second users ip if that would be helpful
