Hi, my custom domain voxa.co.id (project 39e55de3-1ad6-476d-a265-43303b872fec, custom domain ID faee208c-1ce7-4c5b-a206-20d37f69b32d) has been stuck in CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for 24+ hours. DNS is correctly pointing to 249um8w9.up.railway.app, unproxied through Cloudflare. Cleaned all stale _acme-challenge TXT records. Can you check what's blocking Let's Encrypt validation? Possibly rate-limited.

Your CNAME is propagated correctly, but the TXT verification record at _railway-verify.voxa.co.id is missing. Railway requires both a CNAME and a TXT record to verify domain ownership before issuing a certificate. Add a TXT record in your Cloudflare DNS with the name _railway-verify and the value shown on your domain's settings page in the dashboard, then reply here once it has propagated so we can confirm verification completes.
