Hi there, I am in EU, and for the invoices to be valid here, they need to include the VAT number of my company. I have no way to enter that and I have seen in another message that it is possible to share it with you so that the changes are reflected in my invoices. Thanks in advance.

You are able to add the VAT number to your invoices by going to your billing page for your desired workspace, clicking Manage Subscription and then Update Information

Hello, we've updated the information after the invoice was paid. Now if we generate the invoice or receipt, we still don't get the VAT No in the pdf.

I'm sorry but we can't update paid invoices for compliance reasons, your invoices going forward will have the VAT on them.
